• Native or near-native level of Italian to guide students confidently through conversation.
• Good level of English to navigate the platform, understand the materials and communicate with our team.
• Passion for teaching and for helping professionals communicate with confidence in Italian.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet space to ensure smooth, distraction-free classes.
• Basic digital skills to use our online platform and video conferencing tools.
• Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not mandatory — we provide full onboarding training.

Our pay rates vary from country to country based on the cost of living and local market rates. Your rate will be confirmed during the selection process.

Feel free to submit your application throughout the year; however, our main hiring periods take place from February to May and September to November.
